At the request of member firms BPS will support leading zeros in the account field and allow firms to set account specific rates with leading zeros effective at the start of business Tuesday, May 1, 2007.

Please note this change is on a firm-by-firm basis.  In other words, unless a firm submits a written request to make this change BPS will continue to left justify accounts and strip off leading zeros.
